It is more than just punching and kicking at Kane Academy. We teach positive mindset strategies to all our pupils helping them get through mindset blockages that hold them back in life.
Introductory Course Dates 2023
New Year Course - Starting Tuesday January 17th and ending Saturday 11th February.
Spring Course - Starting Tuesday 18th April and ending Saturday 13th May 2023
Autumn Course - Starting Tuesday 12th September until Saturday 7th October
Winter Course - Starting Tuesday November 2nd ending Saturday November 25th
All courses are for 4 consecutive weeks as advertised.
Introductory course Lesson Times:
- Tuesday 6:30pm - 7:30pm
- Thursday 6:30pm - 7:30pm

- Training in one lesson per week as per timetable above. You must select your lessons in order to stay in bubbles and let us know at time of booking in the notes section.

NB: This is for brand new starters only not existing members, or any person who has tried our classes before.
NB: You must join the Academy as a full member if you wish to continue learning with us after this trial period.
NB: This course is fixed at 4 consecutive weeks. Lessons do not roll on outside this period. You must become a member of the Academy in one of our membership programs to continue attending after your course is complete.
NB* Course fee is non refundable once paid.
Places on Introductory courses are limited.
The academy will give notice to any changes in course start and end dates at least 7 days before unless adverse weather or circumstances occur.
