Ladies you will quickly start to feel the benefits from our highly motivated sessions. You will increase cardiovascular fitness, tone muscles and become a stronger more confident version of yourself.

Once you have paid for your trial lesson a member of the team will get in touch with you so that you can fill out the Digital Par Q health form. Once this form is filled in we will then get back in touch to book you onto the next available lesson.
If you love your trial session and i'm sure you will, you will want to book more sessions.
