Our Teenager programme helps pupils meet other teenagers in a healthy and safe environment with a universal goal of grading towards Black Belt and learning skills that could one day save their lives.

Tuesday 6:30pm - 7:15pm

Saturday 11:30am - 12:15pm
Attend one of the above lessons for four weeks. Simply put the lesson you wish to attend in the notes when booking.

We run Fundamental courses throughout the year for new pupils to get started in their Martial Arts journey.
All our programmes are book in advance with limited places.
NB: This course is fixed at 4 consecutive weeks. Lessons do not roll on outside this period. You must become a member of the Academy in one of our monthly membership programs to continue attending after your course is complete.
NB: All uniform and equipment worn in lessons must be approved by our insurer. This is all available to purchase through the Academy Online Shop. We are unable to permit the use of outside purchased equipment in our lessons. Please attend this course in plain unbranded jogging bottoms and tee shirt. You do not need to bring any gloves or equipment. You may purchase this from the Academy when you join as a member.

You can purchase items for Birthdays and special occasions.
Friends and family can purchase as NON member. Simply put members name in the notes section at the checkout. Your family member can collect items at the academy unless of course you wish to come in and collect personally.

The academy will give notice to any changes in course start and end dates at least 7 days before unless adverse weather or circumstances occur.
Once you have booked you will receive a confirmation email from a member of our team to confirm your booking. They will send you the digital health form to complete. In this form you will make your preferred two lessons to attend.
A member of the team will then be back in touch to confirm the space on the course.
