Our Teenage Introductory Kickboxing Course helps teens build mental toughness,
physical fitness, and self-confidence in a safe and supportive environment.
Over the course of four weeks your teenager will develop
focus, discipline, self-defence skills and resilience.
They’ll also improve strength, endurance and flexibility while learning kickboxing techniques in a high-energy class environment.

Class Schedule
Your teen can attend any of our Teen classes during their 4 week course and choose the sessions that suit them best.
Tuesday: 6:30pm – 7:15pm
Thursday: 6:30pm – 7:15pm
Saturday: 12:15pm – 1:00pm
