Our Teenage Introductory Kickboxing Course is designed to help teens build mental toughness, physical fitness, and self-confidence in a safe and supportive environment. Whether they are new to martial arts or looking to improve their fitness, this course will provide the perfect foundation!
Over the course of just four weeks, your teenager will develop skills such as focus, discipline, self-defense, and resilience. They’ll also gain improved physical strength, endurance, and flexibility while learning kickboxing techniques in a high-energy, supportive setting.

Tuesday: 6:30pm – 7:15pm
Thursday: 6:30pm – 7:15pm
Saturday: 12:15pm - 1:00pm
