Thursday: 5:00pm - 5:45pm
Thursday: 5:45pm - 6:30pm
Saturday: 10:00am - 10:45am
Saturday: 10:45am - 11:30am

What to wear: Please arrive in plain, unbranded clothing such as jogging bottoms and a tee shirt. No gloves or special equipment required for the introductory course—those will be available for purchase when you become a full member!
