Our Over 40's Kickboxing Introductory Course is designed for adults who want to learn real kickboxing skills in a supportive, welcoming and beginner-friendly environment.
This course is ideal if you are completely new to martial arts, returning after time away,
or simply looking for a positive new challenge. You will learn basic kickboxing techniques,
improve coordination, build confidence and progress at a comfortable pace.
Over 40's Kickboxing gives you the opportunity to train alongside other adults in a friendly class environment,
without pressure or intimidation. The focus is on learning martial arts properly,
building confidence and enjoying the journey.
What this introductory course includes:
- 4 weeks of Over 40's kickboxing training
- Access to the Over 40's Kickboxing timetable during your course period
- A beginner-friendly introduction to martial arts
- Supportive coaching at a comfortable pace
- The chance to try classes before choosing membership

Over 40's Kickboxing Timetable
Your 4-week introductory course gives you access to these Over 40's Kickboxing sessions:
- Tuesday: 8:00pm - 8:45pm
- Thursday: 8:00pm - 8:45pm
- Saturday: 12:15pm - 1:00pm
During your introductory course, you can attend the sessions that work best for you
and experience the Over 40's Kickboxing programme before joining as a member.

After the course:
If you wish to continue training after your 4-week introductory period,
you can then join one of our monthly membership options.
What to wear:
Comfortable sportswear such as a t-shirt, shorts, or leggings.
No equipment is required for your first sessions.
