Our Women's Kickboxing Introductory Course is designed to help you feel empowered, fit, and strong in a supportive and motivating environment. Whether you want to get fit, relieve stress, or learn practical self-defence skills, kickboxing is the perfect way to do it.

This course is ideal for women of all fitness levels. You’ll be guided through the basics of kickboxing, including punches, kicks, and combinations that will help you tone your body, boost your stamina, and sharpen your mind. Plus, you’ll gain confidence from learning practical self-defence skills.

Throughout the four-week course, you'll develop strength, agility, and mental focus while having fun and meeting like-minded women who are all striving to become stronger versions of themselves.

Class Schedule

Attend any of our Women's Kickboxing classes during your 4 week course and choose the sessions that fit your schedule best.

Tuesday: 7:15pm – 8:00pm

Thursday: 7:15pm – 8:00pm

Saturday: 11:30am - 12:15pm

Simply book the course and attend the classes that suit you during your 4 week period.
