Our Over 40s Kickboxing Introductory Course is designed for adults who want to learn real kickboxing skills in a supportive, welcoming and beginner-friendly environment.
This course is ideal if you are completely new to martial arts, returning after time away,
or simply looking for a positive new challenge. You will learn basic kickboxing techniques,
improve coordination, build confidence and progress at a comfortable pace.
Over 40s Kickboxing gives you the opportunity to train alongside other adults in a friendly class environment,
without pressure or intimidation. The focus is on learning martial arts properly,
building confidence and enjoying the journey.

During your introductory course, you can attend the sessions that work best for you
and experience the Over 40s Kickboxing programme before joining as a member.

What to wear:
Comfortable sportswear such as a t-shirt, shorts or leggings.
No equipment is required for your first sessions.
