- Newcomers are welcome to take advantage of a free week of classes in any and all of the traditional martial arts we offer before making a financial commitment. This form only allows you to book one class (a software issue), but please feel free to attend any other classes that same week.
- You must agree to the waiver that you will be presented in order to participate in any classes with us.
- AFTER you have attended a free class, please get back in touch with us at membership@ottawaaikikaidojo.com to let us know if you would like to continue.
- If you do want to continue, I will convert your registration to a membership profile and then send you your UserID and password to book classes through our DojoExpert membership management software. At that point, I will also subscribe your account to monthly membership (let me know if you prefer quarterly or annual invoices instead, or if you are eligible for a family or student/senior/first responder/military discount.
- It is recommended that you arrive for your free classes with a water bottle and wearing a t-shirt and some sort of gym/sweat/fitness pants (shorts not recommended). You will also need some sort of shower or beach sandals to wear when off the mats.
- If you are trying to sign up for kenjutsu, please note that we manage registrations for that program a little differently. You are still welcome to try a free class, but to coordinate that, please email us directly at membership@ottawaaikikaidojo.com
