Bootcamp & B and B Course with Paul Wolstencroft Sensei on ZOOM

Sunday 9th January
11am-12pm - Bootcamp - open to all. Likle last years Superfit-Sundays - 1 hour fitness bootcamp with Paul Wolstencroft Sensei. Open to all including parents. All you need is a skipping rope and a drink. Most exercises will be bodyweight only so no special equipment is required.

12pm-1pm - Brown and Black Belt Course for all brown and black belts. We will be covering syllabus and black belt, nidan and sandan grading syllabus for the upcoming grading.

Venue:
ZOOM - You just need to clear some space in your house or garden
Cost:
£10.00 for both or £5.00 for the Bootcamp only - open to all, students parents, siblings anyone who is up for a challenge and wants to keep fit!
