Open Competition Squad training: Saturday 30th May 2026.

 

Venue: Honbu Dojo, 24 Dickson Street, Elgin Ind Estate, Dunfermline KY12 7SN.

These classes are open to anyone wishing to practice sport competition karate and we welcome all members.

All squad members must attend these sessions.

NEW FORMAT:

• 1:00pm - KATA Brown Belts & Below. All ages.
• 2:00pm - KUMITE Under 13yrs, your own hand pads/shinguards are compulsory.
• 3:00pm - Black Belts all ages. Must have competition experience.
• 4:00pm - KUMITE 13yrs and Above, your own hand pads/shinguards are compulsory.

 

• Each session costs £15:00, Or 2 sessions £25, select 1 or 2 sessions from the drop down payment menu.
