Important Registration Instructions

For each student please complete a submission by filling out the fields below.
- Single Student: Select "Single Student" (default) for the Fee
- Family (2 or more students): For the first student choose "Family (1st Student for billing)" for the Fee
  - For every subsequent family student choose the "Family (no-cost 2nd or more)" option to register
- Please be prepared to pay via PayPal after clicking the "Register" button. If you need to make alternate payment arrangements with Sensei Steve please do so before registering. Once you have made arrangements with him use the "Family (no-cost 2nd or more)" fee option.
Make sure you have read the release below. Submitting your registration confirms that you agree with the waiver of liability & indemnity agreement required to participate in this event.
