Squad Seminars

These Seminars will focus on Kata & free-style sparring for Competitions & Gradings.

The classes are open to ALL levels/grades for age - Kids under 15 & adults 15 and above, and are a great workout for cardio and general fitness.

These monthly classes are in our usual venue at

St Peter's Church

Lutton Place

Edinburgh EH8 9PE

PLEASE NOTE - The fees for these classes are not included in your monthly fees and will be £12.50 for and adult and £10 for a child. Fees should be paid before the classes.

Kids - 10:00 - 11:00 Kata & Kumite

Adults - 11:00-12:00 Kata

Adults - 12.00-1:30 kumite

All students should have their own hand mitts. There are a very limited number you can borrow so please speak to us to buy your own set.

You can also obtain leg and feet pads but they are not essential.

Brown belt kids can attend both kids & adult sessions
