This tournament is open to those who are 18 years old and up on the date of the event (the tournament is unfortunately not open this year to juniors).

To complete this registration form, please select "yes" or "no" for each division you wish to participate in. Note that divisions will be broken down by experience level and number of participants.

Breakdown of experience levels:

Novice: 6th kyu and under, or under two years of training
Advanced: 5th kyu through 1st kyu, or over two years of training
Black Belt: 1st degree black belt attained and higher

Team events are any demonstration or kata with three individuals.

Demonstrations can include self defense/bunkai, musical forms, etc.
