Two Hour Kata and Kumite Course

Frank Pullano Sensei 5th Dan Black Belt & EKF Northern Region Kumite Coach will be teaching the kumite section, 1 hour for Kyu Grades and 1 Hour for Dan Grades

Paul Wolstencroft Sensei 5th Dan Black Belt & EKF Northern Region Kata Coach will be teaching the kata section, 1 hour for Kyu Grades and 1 Hour for Dan Grades

No minimum grade - course is open to all

License will be stamped for this event and attendance counts towards Dan Grading.
