If you have more than one member attending the grading please fill in a form for each member!

We ask that members attend on the Saturday for the grading to make it easier for us to complete. If you can't make the Saturday session please select the option "other" and speak with one of the coaches to arrange a day to complete the grading.

The cost of the grading is £20 for juniors and £27 for seniors and can be paid on the day in cash at the club.
