Please note that fees must be suspended on/by the 20th of the month prior. For example, if you wish to suspend fees for July, then you would need to notify us of the suspension requirement by/on the 20th of June.

Your fees will automatically recommence on the 1st of the month after your last nominated month of suspension. If your circumstance changes and you are unable to resume training, please inform the Dojo Administration by the 20th of the month prior to your recommencement date (ie if your fees are scheduled to recommence on 1 October, you would need to notify us by 20th September otherwise you would incur the recommenced fee).

Fee Policy

• Suspending fees during term time - If a student is away for 3 or more weeks during term time (not including our scheduled holidays), the fees can be put on hold once per year for up to three months. If fees need to be suspended for more than three months, the membership can be cancelled and then the student re-enrolled when they are able to return. Please note that if the suspension is not due to medical or special circumstances (ie you are taking a break from training) your place in our program is secured so long as we still have enrolment places open.
• Suspending fees during non-term time - As our membership fees are calculated on an annual basis and paid via 12 equal payments per year, fees cannot be put on hold during non-term time. If a student wishes to not pay membership fees during non-term time, they can cancel their membership but will incur a re-enrolment fee (as per the Fee Schedule) upon resuming classes, as well as their normal monthly membership fee that would have been due (as per the Fee Schedule)

Fee suspension options: you have the option to suspend your fees at 100% or 50% during the duration of your suspension. Keeping your fees active (even at 50%) is of great assistance to us as a non-for-profit organisation. If you elect to maintain your fees at 50% we will also hold your place in the program.
