Full Day Camp Fee: $60

- Fee included Field Trip, Drinks, Morning &

   Afternoon Snacks, and Lunch

Field Trip: Chuck E Cheese in Herndon

Age: 6 to 10 years old

Time: 9AM - 5PM 

  Drop off : 8:45AM-9AM

Pick up: 4:45PM - 5PM

General Requirments:

  1. TKD Shoes(for MSPTC members)

  2. Water Bottle

  3. Wear sneakers with socks

 

To the best of my knowledge, my child(children) is physically able to participate in this program. I give permission for my child to be photographed(without compensation) during the course of Master Shin;s Power Taekwondo Center program with the understanding Master Shin's Power Taekwondo Center may use these for promotional and advertising purpose as defined and authorized my Master Shin's Power Taekwondo Center.

I hereby waive, release and hold harmless Master Shin's Power Taekwondo Center and it's employees from liability or claims resulting from any injury to my child(children)due to participation in these programs.
