The Back Pain Workshop

Join us for two hours of relief, release and revive. Yoga can be good for lower back pain in a number of different ways! During this work shop we will clear the mind and focus on the present moment in meditation, link the body and the mind in a breath practise and move the body with ease and mindfulness to bring strength and flexibility.   

Registration will only be complete once payment has been received.
