The link above refers to attaining any service or training from CLOSE COMBAT at the studio facility and for online LIVE Stream classes or events held in different locations.  The Terms of Participation is subject to change without notice, and you agree in advance to any changes of requirements in relation to COVID-19. You can review at any time review the current requirements for COVID-19 in the link above. These Terms of Participation and Exclusion Clause is valid for each time the participant enters the facility and|or attains any service from CLOSE COMBAT either face-to-face or via online live stream sessions or at a third party location. This Terms of Participation and Exclusion Clause is valid for events organised and|or hosted by CLOSE COMBAT at any location worldwide.

4. Have opened, read and agree to the Exclusion Clause contained in the link above
5. Verify and authorise the participant named above to participate at CLOSE COMBAT for either
   • School sports at dates/time set by the school named above
   • A single day seminar / event
   • A multiple day seminar / event
   • A short course seminar/ event lasting over several weeks or months
6. Authorise CLOSE COMBAT to call the emergency contact or emergency services on your behalf
7. If this event is run by any third party person/company/group outside of CLOSE COMBAT, that I will not hold CLOSE COMBAT or any of it's instructors & volunteers liable under any circumstance
